-Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay, Paypal.
-How do I purchase with my US credit card?
If you're having problems buying on our website using your US credit card, we recommend choosing PayPal as your method of payment upon checkout.
-When can I expect new produts on the website?
You can visit our homepage at any time to see what's new, or subscribe to our email [email protected] for more information about new products.
-Returns/Exchanges?
Please Contact us about an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order:
A- If the item is NOT what you ordered.
B- If the item is defective.
We do not refund, accept returns and/or exchange if the order was correctly fulfilled. Under certain conditions when an exchange/refund may be possible, there will be a 25% restocking fee added to facilitate the customer's request.
DO NOT SEND any items back before contacting us.
If you order the wrong size and would like to exchange or return, you would be required to cover the cost of shipping.
-What shipping methods do you offer?
For orders going to USA, Canada, Australia:
We use Regular Mail options which costs $13-$30 depending on the weight of your package (arrives within 3 weeks).
*Please keep in mind that we ship from Asia, so you will most likely be charged duties/customs fees by your home country (USA, Canada, UK, Australia) when your package arrives to you.
For orders going to Europe, we use International Post which costs €13-€60 depending on the weight of your package(arrives within 5-10 working days)
Please note that refusal of your shipment will not cancel any Duty or Tax invoice that has been issued through your local post office following the importation of your package.
